Due to the increase of last minute cancellations and no shows we have been forced to implement a Cancellation Policy.

We require a 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. 

Those failing to cancel 24 hours in advance for their scheduled appointments will be charged 50% of the fee for their missed appointment.

 

Failure to not arrive for a scheduled appointment, and not give any notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled start of the appointment will be charged 100% of the fee for the missed appointment. 

 

There are no refunds on Gift Certificates or pre-paid appointments. In the event that you must cancel your pre-paid appointment you have the option to reschedule or, if you prefer, we will issue you a Gift Certificate for the service that you are cancelling.

 

Late arrivals may have a reduced appointment time or have to be rescheduled. 

 

We are no longer accepting Spa Finder or Spa Wish gift cards.
